Abbiamo appena ricevuto la notizia dell’arresto, ieri, del leader di Si Cobas Aldo Milani e altri tre leader del sindacato Si Cobas di Piacenza, Mohamed Arafat, Carlo Pallavicini e Bruno Scagnelli, in un’operazione di polizia nel primo mattino!
Protestiamo con la massima fermezza contro questi arresti e le misure di repressione, la soppressione dei vostri diritti civili e democratici e gli attacchi al diritto di sciopero, ai vostri diritti sindacali e la criminalizzazione delle lotte sindacali e dei lavoratori, del tutto giustificate, per l’aumento dei salari e dei diritti di contrattazione collettiva, contro il riarmo e la guerra in Ucraina!
Nella giustificazione, gli scioperi giustificati dei lavoratori sono sfacciatamente descritti come cospirazione, sabotaggio e ricatto.
In questo modo si criminalizza lo sciopero nel suo complesso, la cui importanza cresce nella situazione attuale, in cui il capitale monopolistico sta scaricando senza pietà il peso della sua politica di guerra e di crisi sui lavoratori.
In che genere di sistema viviamo quando le guerre, la distruzione dell’ambiente e il disagio sociale dilagante sono legali e stanno diventando comuni, ma non si ritiene che i lavoratori abbiano il diritto di usare le loro legittime misure di lotta contro di essi?
Noi non lo accettiamo!
Rilascio immediato di tutti i funzionari del Si Cobas incarcerati!
Si tratta di un attacco diretto a tutti i lavoratori.
Dopo tutto, i lavoratori greci e italiani sono all’avanguardia a livello internazionale per quanto riguarda la resistenza attiva contro i preparativi degli imperialisti per la guerra mondiale e contro lo spostamento del peso della guerra e della crisi sui lavoratori e le loro famiglie.
La vostra lotta è la nostra lotta, perché queste preoccupazioni bruciano sotto le unghie dei lavoratori in Europa e nel mondo e sfidano le loro lotte.
Assumono un carattere politico quando dobbiamo opporci sempre più alla repressione e alla soppressione da parte dell’apparato statale e della polizia, dei governi e dei monopoli.
Concretamente, l’accusa è rivolta anche agli scioperi che vengono effettuati anche in Germania, come quelli di Amazon o FedEx.
Anche in Germania, per la prima volta dopo anni, la polizia è stata utilizzata contro i lavoratori in sciopero alla fine della scorsa settimana, in particolare nello sciopero dei lavoratori portuali della costa.
I massimi rappresentanti delle associazioni datoriali hanno dichiarato lo “stato di emergenza nazionale” con divieto di sciopero, attualmente nel settore della logistica.
In Germania non esiste un vero e proprio diritto di sciopero, se non nel contesto di controversie di contrattazione collettiva.
Anche questo vogliono ulteriormente limitare e abolire.
Chiediamo un diritto di sciopero universale, completo e legale.
L’indurimento delle leggi e la fascistizzazione degli apparati statali sono inseparabili dalla guerra imperialista e dall’acuta preparazione di una terza guerra mondiale da parte di quasi tutte le potenze imperialiste.
La lotta contro questa tendenza e per la conservazione e l’espansione dei diritti e delle libertà democratiche deve essere coordinata al di là dei confini nazionali.
La solidarietà internazionale, la cooperazione e il coordinamento delle lotte sono l’imperativo più scottante del momento!
Pertanto, chiediamo a tutti i lavoratori in Germania di mettere in atto azioni di lotta e di solidarietà appropriate e adeguate contro le misure repressive delle azioni di sciopero e l’arresto di sindacalisti militanti e di esprimere la loro solidarietà e protesta contro tali misure.
Ne daremo immediatamente notizia e organizzeremo la solidarietà.

Liebe Genossinnen und Genossen
Wir haben soeben von der gestrigen Verhaftung des Vorsitzenden von Si Cobas Aldo Milani und drei weiteren Führern der Gewerkschaft Si Cobas aus Piacenza Mohamed Arafat, Carlo Pallavicini und Bruno Scagnelli im Rahmen einer Polizeiaktion am frühen Morgen erfahren!
Wir protestieren auf das Schärfste gegen diese Verhaftungen und die repressiven Unterdrückungsmassnahmen, die damit einhergehende Unterdrückung eurer bürgerlich-demokratischen Rechte und Freiheiten sowie die Angriffe auf das Streikrecht, eure Gewerkschaftsrechte und die Kriminalisierung der völlig berechtigten Arbeiter- und Gewerkschaftskämpfe für höhere Löhne, Tarifrechte, gegen Aufrüstung und den Ukraine- krieg!
Dreist werden in der Begründung berechtigte Streiks der Arbeiter als Verschwörung, Sabotage und Erpressung bezeichnet.
Damit werden Streiks insgesamt kriminalisiert, deren Bedeutung in der derzeitigen Situation, wo das Monopolkapital rücksichtslos die Lasten seiner Kriegs- und Krisenpolitik auf den Arbeitern abwälzt, an Bedeutung gewinnen.
In was für einem System leben wir, in dem Kriege, Umweltzerstörung und um sich greifende soziale Not legal sind und alltäglich werden, aber die Arbeiter nicht das Recht haben sollen, dagegen ihre legitimen Kampf-maßnahmen einzusetzen?
Nicht mit uns!
Sofortige Freilassung aller inhaftierten Si Cobas Funktionäre!
Das ist ein Angriff, der sich gegen alle Arbeiter richtet.
Immerhin sind die griechischen und italienischen Arbeiter international Vorreiter darin, den aktiven Widerstand gegen die Weltkriegsvorbereitung der Imperialisten und gegen die Abwälzung der Kriegs- und Krisenlasten auf die Arbeiter und ihren Familien zu führen.
Euer Kampf ist unser Kampf, denn diese Anliegen brennen Europa- und weltweit den Arbeitern unter den Nägeln und fordern ihre Kämpfe heraus.
Sie bekommen politischen Charakter, wenn wir uns dabei verstärkt gegen Repressionen und Unterdrückung von Staatsapparat und Polizei, Regierungen und Monopolen richten müssen.
Auch konkret richtet sich die Anklage gegen Streiks, die auch in Deutschland geführt werden wie bei Amazon oder FedEx.
Auch in Deutschland wurde Ende letzter Woche seit Jahren erstmals
Polizei gegen streikende Arbeiter eingesetzt nämlich im Streik der Hafenarbeiter an der Küste.
Die Spitzenvertreter der Unternehmerverbände einen „nationalen Notstand“ mit Streikverboten, aktuell in der Logistikbranche.
In Deutschland gibt es kein wirkliches Streikrecht nur ihm Rahmen von tariflichen Auseinandersetzungen.
Selbst das wollen sie noch weiter einschränken und abschaffen.
Wir fordern ein allseitiges, vollständiges und gesetzliches Streikrecht.
Die verstärkte Rechtsentwicklung und Faschisierung der Staatsapparate ist untrennbar mit der imperialistischen Kriegsführung und der akuten Vorbereitung eines III.
Weltkriegs durch fast alle imperialistischen Mächte verbunden.
Der Kampf dagegen und für den Erhalt und die Erweiterung der demokratischen Rechte und Freiheiten muss zusammen über die Ländergrenzen hinweg koordiniert werden.
Die internationale Solidarität, Zusammenarbeit und Koordination der Kämpfe sind brandaktuelles Gebot der Stunde!
Deshalb fordern wir alle Arbeiterinnen und Arbeiter in Deutschland auf, gegen die Repressalien gegen Streikaktionen und die Verhaftung kämpferischer Gewerkschafter geeignete und angemessene Kampf- und Solidaritätsaktionen durchzuführen und ihre Solidarität und den Protest gegen die Maßnahmen auszudrücken.
Wir werden umgehend darüber berichten und die Solidarität organisieren.

We have just learned of yesterday’s arrest of Si Cobas president Aldo Milani and three other leaders of the Si Cobas union from Piacenza Mohamed Arafat, Carlo Pallavicini and Bruno Scagnelli in an early morning
police action!
We protest in the strongest terms against these arrests and the repressive measures of suppression, the accompanying suppression of your civil-democratic rights and freedoms as well as the attacks on the right to
strike, your trade union rights and the criminalization of the completely
justified workers’ and trade union struggles for higher wages, collective bargaining rights, against rearmament and the Ukraine war!
In the justification, justified strikes of the workers are brazenly called conspiracy, sabotage and blackmail.
This criminalizes strikes as a whole, the importance of which is growing in the current situation, where monopoly capital is ruthlessly shifting the burdens of its war and crisis policies onto the workers.
What kind of system are we living in, where wars, environmental destruction and rampant social misery are legal and becoming
commonplace, but workers are not supposed to have the right to use
their legitimate measures of struggle against them?
Not with us!
Immediate release of all imprisoned Si Cobas officials!
This is an attack directed against all workers.
After all, the Greek and Italian workers are leading the way internationally in actively resisting the imperialists’ preparation for world war and the shifting of the burden of war and crisis onto the workers and their families.
Your struggle is our struggle, because these concerns burn under the nails of the workers in Europe and worldwide and challenge their struggles.
They take on a political character when we have to increasingly oppose repression and suppression by the state apparatus and police, governments and monopolies.
Concretely, the indictment is also directed against strikes that are also being waged in Germany, such as at Amazon or FedEx.
